1. General information
This policy applies to the Website, operating at the URL: smyrska.pl. The website operator and the personal data administrator is Smyrska PR Marta Smyrska ul. Barska 26, Warsaw. The Operator’s e-mail contact address: office@smyrska.pl.
The Operator is the administrator of your personal data provided voluntarily on the Website, which are saved in the Operator’s systems and through cookies. The Website uses personal data for the following purposes:
- Managing the newsletter
- Handling inquiries via the form
- Realisation of ordered services
- Presentation of the offer or information
2. Selected methods of data protection used by the Operator
The places of logging in and entering personal data are protected in the transmission layer (SSL certificate). As a result, personal data and login data entered on the Website are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server. The Website uses two-factor authentication, which is an additional form of protection for logging into the Website.
To protect data, the Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords and regularly makes backup copies. Regular updates of all software used by the Operator to process personal data, e.g. by updating programming components, is essential for data protection.
3. Hosting
The Website is hosted (technically maintained) on the Operator’s server: zenbox.pl.
4. Your rights and additional information on data usage
In some situations, the administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil the obligations incumbent on the administrator. It applies to the following groups of recipients:
- Hosting company on an entrustment basis,
- Couriers,
- Accounting offices,
- Law firms,
- Debt collectors,
- Authorized employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purpose of the Website,
- Companies providing marketing services to the administrator.
We guarantee the confidentiality of all personal data provided to us by taking all security and personal data protection measures required by the provisions. Personal data is collected with due diligence and adequately protected against access by unauthorized persons. Personal information is processed in the territory of the European Union and the USA.
We entrust the processing of personal data to the following external entities:
- Idea Bank – for the invoicing system.
- Accounting Office Kazimierz Borowski – as an external accounting office.
- Mail Chimp – as the mailing system. Due to the use of the Mail Chimp mailing system, which uses servers located outside the European Union, your personal data is transferred to a third country, the USA.
- Sway – to present the offer and portfolio.
The administrator processes your personal data for no longer than it is necessary to perform the related activities specified in separate regulations (e.g. on accounting). Concerning marketing, the data will not be processed for more than three years.
You have the right to request from the administrator:
- Getting access to your personal data,
- Rectifying your personal data,
- Deleting your personal data,
- Processing restrictions,
- Data portability.
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the Website. Actions may consist of automated decision making, including profiling to provide services under the concluded contract and to conduct direct marketing by the administrator.
You have the right to object to the Processing indicated in point 3.3 c to the Processing of personal data to perform the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator, including profiling. Still, the right to object may not be exercised if there are valid legally justified grounds for the processing of your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular establishing, investigating or defending claims. The administrator’s actions may be appealed against to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.
5. Information in the forms
The Website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data if provided. The Website may save information about connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
The Website, in some cases, may save information facilitating the linking of data in the form with the email address of the user completing the form. In this case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.
The data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. to process the application or commercial contact, register services, etc. Each time the context and description of the form indicate its usage.
6. Administrator login
Information on the behaviour of users on the Website may be subject to logging. These data are used to administer the Website.
7. Relevant marketing techniques
The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the Operator of this service, but only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information derived from cookies through the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/.
The Operator uses remarketing techniques that allow adjusting advertising messages to the user’s behaviour on the Website, which may give the illusion that the user’s personal data is used to track him. In practice, no personal information is transferred from the Operator to the ad operator. The technological condition for such activities is that cookies are enabled.
The Operator uses Facebook pixel. This technology makes Facebook (Facebook Inc., based in the USA) know that a given person registered in it uses the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which he is the administrator himself. The Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
The Operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Website to users, e.g. that can send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided that he has agreed to receive commercial correspondence from the Operator.
8. Information about cookies
The Website uses cookies, which are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the Website User’s end device. They are intended for the websites of the service usage. Cookies usually contain the name of the Website they come from, the storage time on the end device and a unique number.
The Website operator is the entity that places cookies on the Website User’s end device and accesses them. Cookies are used for the following purposes to maintain the Website user’s session (after logging in), thanks to which the user does not have to re-enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website and to achieve the goals set out above in the section ‘Important marketing techniques’.
